The Art of Living Germany

«The Art of Living» Germany is a humanitarian, non-profit organization for anyone who would like to contribute to strengthening human values in our society and uplifting each individual.

The Art of Living» Germany (e.V.) cooperates with the international «The Art of Living» Foundation that was founded in 1982. «The Art of Living» is a United Nations Non-Governmental Organization with a special consultative status with the UN's Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

We put this intention into action by uplifting our consciousness and serving others to help us all live in a happier presence and peaceful future.

We offer stress-relieving programs from the ancient well of yoga. H. H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has personally selected and improved these powerful methods to adapt them to our modern lifestyle. Pervasive breathing techniques like the Sudarshan Kriya® restore our inner balance. We feel refreshed and clear and become more and more able to live in the present moment and to let grow our self-determination and take responsibility.

If you would like to receive more information, please do not hestitate to send us an e-mail. We are looking forward to hear from you!
